Support
For help or feedback, email chenrui333@gmail.com. In the app, About & Privacy has a Send Feedback button that fills in your app and iOS versions.
How a check works
- Tap Check USCIS Status on a case, or add a new receipt number.
- The official USCIS page opens inside Case Watch. Complete the USCIS security check if one appears.
- Case Watch fills in your receipt number and shows “Receipt number filled”.
- Tap the USCIS Check Status button. Case Watch confirms the result belongs to your receipt and saves it.
If a check doesn't finish
- Make sure your iPhone or iPad is online, then choose Start Over from the page options, or cancel and try again later. USCIS may be busy or unavailable.
- If the receipt isn't filled in after a while, choose Retry Autofill, or Continue Manually and type it yourself.
- A failed or cancelled check never replaces your saved status.
- If your saved cases can't be opened, unlock your device and choose Try Again. Contact support before reinstalling, because reinstalling removes the app's local records.
Saved status and history
After a successful check, Case Watch tells you whether the case was saved for the first time, updated, or unchanged. History lists only the changes Case Watch observed on this device, not a complete USCIS timeline. Case Watch never checks in the background and sends no notifications.
When you write to us
Include your app version, iOS version, and what happened. Please don't include your full USCIS receipt number in messages or screenshots. Case Watch can't change your USCIS case or give legal advice.
See the privacy policy for how support messages are handled.
